Orders are premade and will be sent out in 3-5 business days. You will be given a tracking number and details on your package’s status and arrival.
Yes, we do ship internationally. International shipping simply costs more than domestic shipping, and the exact rate is calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination.
All sales are final during this period. There are exceptions if you believe your item arrived damaged or used. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at support@beyondthoughtapparel.com with your order number and reason for return, and make sure you meet the return requirements. We will review the reason for the return, and if it is accepted we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring a garment that fits you well and comparing those measurements to our size chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, slightly oversized fit in line with the streetwear aesthetic. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down one size. Refer to the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
